These terms apply to your use of marqscale.com. Details of the site operator are available on our Contact page.

1. Using the site

This site provides information about our activities, partnerships and career opportunities. You may browse it for personal or business purposes.

You must not interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access, upload harmful material or collect personal data from the site without authorisation.

2. Content and ownership

Unless stated otherwise, the site’s original content, design and materials belong to us or are used under licence. You may link to our pages, but reproducing or reusing our materials requires permission unless permitted by law.

Third-party names and logos belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on the site does not, by itself, imply endorsement.

3. Information on the site

We aim to keep information accurate and current, but content and availability may change.

Nothing on the site constitutes professional advice, a binding offer or a guarantee of results. Commercial arrangements are agreed separately. Job listings do not guarantee an offer of employment or that a role remains available.

4. Messages and applications

Please provide accurate information and only submit material you are entitled to share. Sending an enquiry or application does not create a contractual relationship.

Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. External links

We may link to websites operated by others. We do not control their content or how they handle your information. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.

6. Availability and responsibility

We cannot guarantee that the site will always be available or free from errors. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude liability for losses arising from the use of, or inability to access, the site.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or affects rights that applicable law gives you.

7. Updates

We may revise these terms from time to time. The date above identifies the latest version.
