Job applications. Your name, email address, the role you apply for, your message, CV and any LinkedIn profile you choose to share. Please include only information relevant to your application.

Technical information. Server logs may include your IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps. The site also uses essential cookies needed for its operation. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

2. How and why we use it

We use contact details and messages to respond to enquiries and discuss potential business relationships. This is based on our legitimate interest in managing enquiries and running our business. Where your enquiry concerns a contract with you, we may also process data to take steps at your request before entering into that contract.

We use application data to assess your suitability for a role and manage recruitment, including steps taken at your request before entering into an employment or services contract. If you submit an open application, we consider you for suitable opportunities during the retention period below.

We use technical information for our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure, maintaining its operation and resolving problems.

Providing information through our forms is voluntary. Fields marked as required are needed to respond to your enquiry or assess your application.

3. Who can access your data

Access is limited to people who need the information to handle your enquiry, application or the operation of the site.

Relevant teams within our group may receive your information where needed for these purposes. If another group company would act as a separate controller, including when considering you for one of its roles, we will provide the relevant details before that further processing.
